Rings Deux

This was my final project from digital art class. It was a little challenging near the end because the elements of the composition just were not coming together, but the background really changed that for the better.

This was my most challenging digital project so far. It spans about 160 layers. Each of the orange blades in the top curve had to be rotated, scaled, and adjusted by hand to get the effect I wanted.

I think it was well worth the effort.
